Clinton J. Jones

In 2010, Clint opened his own firm in Medford, Oregon specializing in a broader set of cases including family law, personal injury and civil litigation.  In 2013, Clint merged his firm with his longtime friend, Isaac Jackson and formed Jackson Jones LLC which handled cases throughout Oregon.  At Jackson Jones, Clint was dedicated to handling all trial and appellate work in both State and Federal courts.  Clint handled hundreds of cases in court, arbitration and private mediation, and successfully argued a case at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Clint transitioned from Jackson Jones LLC in 2022 and accepted a temporary position at Idiart Law Group in 2023.

 

In 2024, Clint opened Jones Law LLC for the purpose of helping people in need of client-focused services, primarily in the areas of criminal, family law and civil rights.  Clint is Major Felony qualified by the State of Oregon.  He focuses his practice exclusively on using the legal system to tell the client’s story and to seek justice on their behalf.

 

Clint Jones is a versatile trial attorney and experienced litigator.  He has tried civil, criminal and family law cases.  He has successfully litigated against cities, the State of Oregon, numerous large corporations, such as Amazon, and taken on insurance companies.  Clint has a solid track record defending criminal cases with numerous dismissals.  When it comes to family law, he dedicates himself to a select group of clients and demonstrates a commitment to understanding his client’s needs and aggressively protecting their rights.

Away from the office, Clint enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. Favorite activities include boxing, fishing, exploring the Oregon wilderness, playing chess and supporting the Oregon Ducks.
